Mortgages

We understand that buying a house and choosing a mortgage can be one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever make so we have designed our mortgage & protection service to help make sure you get it right.

Starting with a  discovery meeting we will help you to identify your objectives. We will then help you to understand the different types of mortgages available and the advantages and disadvantages of each. We will then look at factors such as your available budget and affordability to ensure that the mortgage you take on does not overstretch you financially. After which we will use our mortgage sourcing software to search the market place for the most suitable products – saving you time as well as money!

As well as sourcing competitive products from the market place we can also give you advice on how to pay the mortgage off quickly, based on your goals and budget.

Finally, when your mortgage has completed and you have your keys, our service still continues with a review program that ensures we contact you when your chosen mortgage deal is coming to an end.  This means we will work on your behalf to help you get the most suitable products throughout the term of your mortgage, potentially saving you thousands of pounds.
Our service does not end here either as our  processing team will be on hand right through to completion to ensure your mortgage goes through to completion as smoothly as possible.

For a free initial consultation from one of our mortgage advisers email us at enquiries@idealfinancialmanagement.co.uk or call us on 01302 880140.

“I was very pleased with the overall service, guidance and advice given from Ideal Financial Management. Having used the service before, it was an easy choice to make. The experienced approach from Brian and the determined drive from Ben meant that the mortgage application was successfully completed and I was well informed throughout all stages of the application. A great service and one I would recommend to others. You will certainly be seeing me again.”
